A short update before writing more about Thanksgiving...
Zach has been asking me how I would like him to cut his hair. He usually does it himself and does a size 4 on the clippers.
Katrina is staying with us for a couple of weeks, and last night we found a good, easy clipper style that I can do. She showed me how to do it last night, and gave me all kinds of great tips on things you have to decide how you want it.
I don't know why we never cut his hair like this before. It's what I've been trying to get his hair to look like, but the time I tried it turned out like a high and tight done very badly. Katrina's word was rugged, and I'm sorry that *I* didn't think of it first. It's much more suited to a grown man, than just one length all over. It's hard to tell in the photo, but it makes him look older. (He has such a young face, really short hair/long curly hair just make him look like a boy.)
I love it!
It looks great! Rugged suits him. :)
ReplyDeleteGood job, Trina! Can't wait to see it in person.
I like that much better than all one length. It's kind of how I do Anthony's hair, only I leave his a tad longer at the temples. He gets mad at me if I make what he considers too short, but it's always a temptation since I can never get him to let me cut his hair at a reasonable interval.
