Our living room.
Last week I decided to surprise my Mom with a visit for her birthday. While I was gone, Zach surprised me by cleaning the house up! It's still a work in progress, but he got things more organized so we can hang pictures and whatnot.

Yay for Duplos!!
I did not take this picture while driving. We had stopped, and he was being so cute. If I say, "One, two, three..." he smiles. I love it.
{funny}
He can climb almost all the way up the slide. God help me! I'll be gray before the boy is 5.
I don't know why children love things like this. He will spend quite a while climbing on and off of it.

This was another surprise when I got back from my parents. Zach enlisted the help of his friend Jay one afternoon and now I have a lovely, bright fan in my kitchen! Zach is turning into such a handyman, it makes me so happy!

Your living room is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteTony, and your reaction to him, reminds me so much of me and Maria. You are in for a ride, girl...and I know you know that by now. :) At least right now he's just climbing on and off low steps. Henry is still into repetitive activities, and one he particularly enjoys lately is using the handle of the sit-and-spin as a stool, so that he can put his hand over the end of the running bathroom faucet and spray jets of water in all directions. On, off, on, off. If I don't find him soon, both he and the room end up drenched. Fun, huh?
Ceiling fans are so nice. I'd die without ours. That's the one nice thing that previous owners have done to this house-a fan in every room.
I'd love to talk soon...we're holed up in the a/c and it gets boring.
I love all of the new pictures you put up! Can Tony climb up the slide yet or does he just sit on it? The fan in your kitchen looks great also!! Keep the pictures coming!
ReplyDeleteAnd surprise me, you did!! It was wonderful seeing you! These pics are great as usual. I especially like the one of Tony in the carseat. What a sweet smile!
